Orabco Tours shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses or damages in connection with accommodations, other facilities at the accommodation, ground transportation, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accidents or health related problems during a tour or retreat and while in-transit to (e.g., an accident on the way to a tour), during, and after a tour, unless such injuries, losses or damages are due to the negligence or willful misconduct of Orabco Tours and its staff.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage against these risks, it is compulsory that you do this if you wish to travel with us.

If travel plans are delayed or cancelled for any reason there will be no refunds issued by Orabco Tours except as stated herein.

Orabco Tours are not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips by a guest such as airline tickets or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.


 

Cancellation by Orabco Tours:      Orabco Tours will do its utmost to never cancel a tour or retreat, but if for some unforeseen reason we were to ever cancel a retreat or tour, guests are welcome to move dates or their payment would be refunded in full.

Cancellation by Client:                       You, or any member of your party, may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. The cancellation will take effect from the date that written notification from the person who made the booking is received at our offices/ via email. We recommend that you use recorded delivery/ read receipt.

Any cancellation will incur a charge to reflect the reasonable costs incurred by us in arranging and cancelling your booking.

Charges for cancellation after the balance due date will vary due to the complex nature of our travel itineraries. 

*Please note, the costs of many internal flights are non-refundable.

The full costs of cancellation will be communicated to you at the point of cancellation.

We have prepared the following cancelation charges below as a guide only, and these are subject to variation.

(The cancellation charge detailed will be calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling excluding amendment charges which are not refundable in the event of the person(s) to whom they apply cancelling.):-


 

More than 2 months Loss of deposit - Full refund of balance

Between 1 & 2 months Loss of deposit - 50% refund of balance

Less than 1 month Loss of deposit - No Refund


 

*Please note, flight cancellation charges will be applicable in addition to the cancellation fees outlined above.

Flight cancellation fees are set by our flight agents and the airline concerned and the Company will follow these rules. We strongly recommend that you to take out insurance against irrecoverable cancellation costs.


 

Permission to Use Video and Photographs

I agree that Orabco Tours may use such photographs and video of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

Please note no images of you will be used unless you have seen them first and agreed to their use.


 

Payment Plan: 

Payment plans may be entered into by mutual agreement with Orabco Tours and the ‘client’ 

Payment terms will be negotiated based on date of booking and date of departure. 

Payment plans paid through Paypal are subject to 3% surcharge to cover Paypal Fees.

 

Full payment is required to be completed 2 months prior to departure date.
